摘　　要：近年来,新冠疫情迁延反复、多点散发,对经济社会发展造成巨大冲击,就业总量叠加压力和长期存在的就业结构性矛盾,毕业生就业呈现出就业预期明显降低、体制内就业偏好增强、灵活就业的趋势加剧、慢就业比例有所上升、自主创业意愿不强等鲜明特点。党的二十大对促进高校毕业生等青年群体就业作出新部署新要求,贯彻落实好党的二十大精神,促进毕业生更加充分就业,迫切需要政府、高校因势利导,健全体制机制、强化政策保障、拓宽就业渠道、创新工作方式,高质量推动毕业生就业指导服务工作。In recent years,the novel coronavirus epidemic has been prolonged and distributed repeatedly,causing a huge impact on economic and social development,superimposed pressure on total employment and long-term structural contradictions in employment.Graduates'employment has shown distinct characteristics,such as significantly reduced employment expectations,enhanced employment preference within the system,intensified flexible employment trend,increased proportion of slow employment,and weak willingness to start their own business.The 2Oth Congress of the Communist Party of China made new arrangements for promoting the employment of college graduates and other young people,We will implement the guiding principles of the 2oth Congress of the Communist Party of China and promote more full employment for graduates.It is urgent for the government and colleges and universities to take the lead of the situation,improve systems and mechanisms,strengthen policy support,expand employment channels,innovate working methods,and promote high-quality employment guidance servicesforgraduates.
