摘　　要：目的对中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院(以下简称医院)院领导行政查房工作进行分析与改进,以更好地提高行政管理工作,提升服务质量。方法采用PDCA管理方法,分析行政查房工作的亮点与不足,积极改进。结果医院将PDCA循环法引入医院行政查房管理,切实为各科室解决了很多问题,取得了明显的成效。包括完善制度、优化流程,督促整改、及时解决问题,规范医院管理、提升管理水平,学科建设不断发展。结论医院行政查房涉及各个部门,制度化、常态化、科学化开展行政查房,加强绩效考核管理,运用PDCA管理方法、做好督查反馈,及时做好通报和总结归档。Objective To analyze and improve the administrative ward rounds of leaders in cancer hospitals,so as to better improve the administrative management and service quality.Method PDCA management method was adopted to analyze the bright spot and deficiency of administrative ward round and improve it actively.Result PDCA has been introduced into hospital administrative ward round management since 2020,which solved many problems for various departments and achieved obvious results.Including:perfecting the system,optimizing the processes,urging rectification,timely solving the problems,standardizing the hospital management,improving the management level,discipline construction continues to develop.Conclusion Hospital administrative ward rounds involve all departments of the hospital,institutionalized,normalized and scientific administrative ward rounds should be carried out,performance assessment management should be strengthened,PDCA management methods should be used,supervision feedback should be done,briefings should be issued regularly,and timely notification and summary filing.
