摘 要:目的观察罗萨伊-多尔夫曼病(RDD)^(18)F-FDG PET/CT表现。方法纳入6例活检病理确诊RDD患者,分析其^(18)F-FDG PET/CT及其他常规影像学检查资料,观察RDD ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT表现特点。结果本组6例RDD中,1例为皮肤原发病变,3例为淋巴结内+结外病变,2例仅有淋巴结内病变;最常见的结外受累部位为骨(n=3),其次为鼻咽/鼻腔及鼻窦(n=2);PET/CT示其均呈FDG高摄取,最大标准摄取值为4.3~16.5。结论RDD病灶^(18)F-FDG PET/CT表现为FDG高摄取。Objective To observe ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT manifestations of Rosai-Dorfman disease(RDD).Methods Six patients with RDD confirmed with biopsy pathology were enrolled,^(18)F-FDG PET/CT and other conventional imaging data were analyzed,and ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT features of RDD were observed.Results Among 6 RDD patients,primary skin lesion was detected in 1 case,intranodal+extranodal lesions were found in 3 cases,while only intranodal lesion was noticed in 2 cases.The most common extranodal involvements were in bone(n=3),followed by nasopharynx/nasal cavity and sinuses(n=2).RDD presented as high FDG uptake on PET/CT imaging,with the maximum standard uptake value of 4.3—16.5.Conclusion RDD lesions present as high FDG uptake on ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging.
