摘 要:早期诊断并及时处理急性肢体骨筋膜室综合征(AECS)十分重要,而漏诊率较高。目前多基于临床表现和有创骨筋膜室压力检测诊断AECS,尚未达成相关标准共识,导致难以确定手术干预时机。超声已用于评估骨筋膜室综合征。本文就超声诊断AECS进展进行综述。Early diagnosis and timely treatment are particularly important of acute extremity compartment syndrome(AECS),but the rate of missed diagnosis of AECS remains high.However,uptill now,diagnosis of AECS mostly based on clinical manifestations and invasive osteofascial chamber pressure detection,no standard consensus had be met,making it difficult to determine the time of surgical intervention.Ultrasound has been used to evaluate compartment syndrome.The progresses of ultrasonic diagnosis of AECS were reviewed in this article.
