摘 要:研究了导体的趋肤效应和邻近效应的影响因素,主要研究导体的趋肤效应与电流频率、导体半径之间的关系,以及导体的邻近效应与电流频率、导体间距等之间的关系。通过引入交流损耗与直流损耗的比值来评价趋肤效应和邻近效应的严重程度。基于上述研究,建立了一款100kr/min~10kW高速永磁电机的有限元仿真模型,考虑了高频电流在永磁体、护套以及绕组中产生的涡流损耗。结果表明,在对高速永磁电机进行有限元建模时,必须要考虑绕组中的趋肤效应和邻近效应,否则在计算电机损耗与效率时将会产生较大的误差。This paper firstly studies the influencing factors of conductor skin effect and proximity effect,mainly concentrating on the relationship of conductor skin effect with current frequency and conductor radius;and the relationship of conductor proximity effect with current frequency and conductor interval.The ratio of AC loss to DC loss is introduced to evaluate the severity of skin effect and proximity effect.Based on the above research,a finite element simulation model of 100 kr/min-10 kW high-speed permanent magnet motor was established,and the eddy current losses in permanent magnets,jackets and windings were taken into account.The results show that the skin effect and proximity effect in the windings must be considered in the finite element modeling of the high-speed permanent magnet motor,otherwise there will be a large error in the calculation of motor losses and efficiency.
