摘 要:针对新型并列复合弹性长丝,常压分散染料可染改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(NEDDP/PBT)与市售的聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PTT/PET)、改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET(改性)/PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PBT/PET)及氨纶包芯纱的单次和多次拉伸下的弹性疲劳性能进行了探究。结果表明:新型并列复合弹性长丝具有良好的弹性模量及拉伸断裂强力,同时弹性回复率和塑性变形率与氨纶包芯纱的弹性回复率及塑性变形率相近,可用于织造弹性织物;通过建立反复拉伸滞后量与拉伸次数的函数关系,得到了各试样滞后量达到稳定的拉伸次数,其中各类并列复合弹性长丝的耐疲劳弹性均优于氨纶包芯纱,在弹性织物上有着良好的应用前景。In this paper,the tensile and elastic properties of NEDDP/PBT,PTT/PET,PET/PET,PBT/PET and spandex core-spun yarns with the same fineness were investigated.The results show that the parallel composite elastic filaments have good elastic modulus and tensile breaking strength,which can provide elastic recovery and plastic deformation rate similar to those of polyurethane core spun yarn,and can be used to manufacture elastic fabrics.By establishing the functional relationship between the repeated tensile hysteresis and the number of drawing times,the drawing times is obtained when the hysteresis of each sample reaches a stable value.Among them,the fatigue resistance elasticity of the juxtaposed composite elastic filament is better than that of the polyurethane core spun yarn,which has a good application prospect in the elastic fabrics.
