摘 要:为改善凸轮开口过程中织物种类多变、综框静止时间及动态特性和凸轮的承载条件等工艺特性,利用MatLab建立织物参数系统化模型。以最优的从动件运动规律为基础,分配合适的综框运动角,对复杂的织物组织规律与开口凸轮的理论廓线进行匹配,并对凸轮性能进行分析。结果表明:从动件遵循简谐运动规律,去除开口静止角的开口过程中,凸轮的性能最佳;设计出织物循环数组内和组间的织物组织规律与凸轮廓线的匹配关系,可很大程度上优化实际加工中的凸轮性能。To improve the process characteristics such as variable fabric types,heald frame resting time and dynamic characteristics and cam loading conditions during cam opening,a systematic model of fabric parameters was established using MatLab.Based on the optimal follower motion law,a suitable heald frame motion angle was assigned and the complex fabric organization law was matched with the theoretical profile of the opening cam and its cam performance was analyzed.The results show that the follower follows the simple harmonic motion law and the best performance of the cam is achieved during the opening process with the opening rest angle removed.The matching relationship between fabric weave laws and convex contour lines within and between groups of fabric cycles is designed to optimize the cam performance in actual processing to a large extent.
