摘 要:针对风洞试验中悬挂支撑系统对飞行器模型进行测控时,存在布线难度大、有线连接通信故障难以维护和线缆干扰等问题,设计并实现了一种基于FPGA的无线通信系统,该系统通过对实时无线模块A7196以及高速无线模块ESP32的控制,实现对飞行器模型中15路舵机的控制和航姿信息、舵机信息等数据的实时采集传输。同时为保证无线通信系统的可靠性与安全性,系统在无线数据收发过程中具备卷积码的编码译码和加密功能。试验结果表明:该系统在风洞环境下无线数据传输时延为916.42μs,丢包率为0.35%,满足预期目标。In view of the problems of difficult wiring,difficult maintenance of wired connection communication failure and cable interference when the suspension support system is used to measure and control the aircraft model in the wind tunnel test,a wireless communication system based on FPGA was designed and implemented.The system realized the control of 15-channel steering gear and attitude information in the aircraft model by controlling the real-time wireless module A7196 and the high-speed wireless module ESP32 real-time acquisition and transmission of steering gear information and other data.At the same time,in order to ensure the reliability and security of wireless communication system,the system has the function of encoding,decoding and encrypting convolution codes in the process of wireless data transmission and reception.The test results show that the wireless data transmission delay of the system in the wind tunnel environment is 916.42μs,and the packet loss rate is 0.35%,which meets the expected goal.
