试论当代民族传统体育的价值与功能——以马氏通备武学为例

摘　　要：重新审视和明确民族传统体育的价值和功能,是构建中华民族传统体育学科多元化发展的关键,也是中华民族伟大复兴的标志性事业中迫切需要回应的问题。文章以马氏通备武学为研究对象,通过文献资料法与逻辑分析法对其价值与功能进行研究。研究结果:(1)马氏通备武学体系促进了“中华武士会”“中央国术馆体育传习所”体育传习所的成立,推动了武术的近代转型、呼吁当代传统体育的回归与复兴、中华武术在海外的传播与交流。(2)其价值与功能表现:“体用具备”积极实践的改造观、“融通兼备”全人教育的育人观。(3)当代传统体育的价值与功能的明确:一是紧扣习近平总书记关于促进人的全面发展理念,作为新时代民族传统体育工作的出发点和落脚点;二是需要回顾前人的成果与经验,同时应用现代化的模式与科技力量,才能创新性转化其在当代的价值,才能明确中华民族传统体育要回归身体和品德教育的“全人教育”的基本定位,才能凸显民族传统体育“三个维度”的改造功能。Re-examining and clarifying the value and function of traditional national sports is the key to construct the diversified development of traditional Chinese sports,and is also an urgent problem to be answered in the symbolic cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper takes Ma’s Tongbei martial arts as the research object and studies its value and function through literature and logical analysis.Research results:(1)Ma’s tongbei martial arts system promoted the establishment of"Chinese Warrior Association"and"Central National Martial Arts Museum",promoted the modern transformation of wushu,called for the return and revival of contemporary traditional sports,and the overseas communication and communication of Chinese wushu.(2)Its value and function are embodied in the reform view of"physical and practical possession"and the education view of"integrated and well-equipped"whole person education.(3)of the contemporary value and function of traditional sports is clear,one is,stick to Xi Jinping,general secretary of the concept about promoting the all-round development of human beings,as a new era of national traditional sports work starting point and the foothold,the second is,need to review the previous achievements and experience,at the same time,application of science and technology strength,with modern to innovative transformation of its value in the contemporary,Only in this way can the basic positioning of"whole person education"of Chinese traditional national sports return to physical and moral education,and only in this way can the transformation function of"three dimensions"of traditional national sports be highlighted.
