摘 要:目的:探讨太极拳在积极应对老龄化、促进老年人健康方面的作用与价值。方法:文献综述法。文章从太极拳的起源、运动特点以及对改善老年人体质、预防跌倒、慢性病防治以及心理素质的改善方面进行综述,总结前人的研究成果,提出当前研究的不足和改进建议。结果:习练太极拳在改善老年人群的体质、防治慢性病以及改善心理状态和提高生活质量方面均有积极作用。结论:太极拳具有强身健体、驱除疾病和延年益寿的功效,但不同流派、不同架式的健身效果还需要进一步研究,具体方法上也需要进一步标准化,以达到更好的锻炼效果。The study aims is to explore the function and value of Taijiquan on active aging and the elderly health promotion.The study methods include viewing TaiJiQuan’s research progress on its origin,sport characteristics,improving the elderly’s physical fitness,fall prevention,chronic diseases prevention and treatment and psychological status improvement.We summarized the predecessors’experiences,pointed their shortcomings and provided some suggestions.The study outcomes include that Taijiquan practicing can be effective on active aging,improving the elderly’s physical fitness,preventing and treating chronic diseases,improving psychological status and Quality of Life.The conclusion:Taijiquan can have such efficiencies as strengthening our body,preventing and treating chronic diseases,prolonging our life span.But different styles and different routines’efficiencies should be studied further.The study methods need to be standardized also to achieve more effects.
