摘  要:设计制作了5榀2层2跨钢筋混凝土框架结构试件,其中1榀无填充墙和外保温饰面层,4榀具有填充墙和聚苯板外保温饰面层。填充墙采用黏土空心砖和加气混凝土砌块,聚苯板外保温饰面层选用不同粘贴率和粘贴方式。通过对试件进行低周往复水平荷载试验,研究了聚苯板外保温饰面层在地震作用下的破坏形态,以及具有填充墙和外保温饰面层的框架结构的抗震性能。试验结果表明:在水平荷载作用下,粘贴在框架梁、柱上和填充墙角部的聚苯板外保温饰面层将发生破坏脱落;聚苯板外保温饰面层的破坏形态与其粘贴方式无关,但破坏程度与粘贴率有关,粘贴率越低,其破坏程度越严重;在地震作用下,粘贴在强度低的加气混凝土砌块填充墙上的聚苯板外保温饰面层会开裂,但未脱落;填充墙和聚苯板外保温饰面层改变了框架结构的受力机理,框架柱发生了剪切破坏,水平承载力大幅度提高,填充墙砌体强度和粘贴率越高,框架柱的承载力提高幅度越大。Five two-story and two-span reinforced concrete frames were designed and fabricated.One frame had neither infilled wall nor external thermal insulation cladding system(ETICS)while the other four had infilled walls and ETICS which were made of polystyrene boards.The infilled walls were constructed using hollow clay bricks and aerated concrete blocks.Different gluing methods and adhesion area ratios were applied to the adhesive layer of the ETICS.The seismic performance of frame structures with infilled walls and ETICS,together with the failure modes of polystyrene cladding,were investigated through low frequency cyclic loading tests.It was shown that the polystyrene boards on the frames and those located at the corner of the infilled walls could fail and fall off under lateral loadings.The gluing methods did not affect the failure mode of the polystyrene boards yet the adhesion area ratios had a noticeable influence on the damage of the ETICS.More severe damage was found on the specimens with lower adhesion area ratios.The polystyrene boards glued on the aerated concrete block infilled wall also cracked but did not fall.The load-carrying mechanism of frame structures was changed due to the infilled walls and ETICS that the columns had shear failure.With infilled walls having higher strengths and ETICS having higher adhesion area ratios,the lateral loading-carrying capacity of frames could be significantly enhanced.
