摘 要:稠油热采井生产过程环境条件复杂,普通防砂筛管难以满足生产需求。针对这一情况,研发出一种新型防砂筛管,采用高压挡砂性能实验测试装置,模拟生产阶段井下采出流体通过筛管的工况条件进行实验,完成了原始和不同轮次高温蒸汽注采条件下筛管挡砂性能实验测试,对筛管各部件的损伤情况进行了检测分析。根据测试和分析结果,综合分析了高温蒸汽注采对防砂筛管挡砂性能的影响。结果表明,经过多轮次注采后的新型筛管腐蚀损伤程度很小,筛管仍具有完整结构和良好的挡砂性能,该新型筛管对高温蒸汽注采工艺适用性良好。The environmental conditions of heavy oil thermal recovery well production process are complex,and ordinary sand screen is difficult to meet the production needs.In view of this situation,a new type of sand control screen was developed,which used the highpressure sand-retaining performance test device to simulate the working conditions of underground produced fluid passing through the screen in the production stage.The sand-retaining performance test of the screen under the original and different rounds of high-temperature steam injection and production conditions was completed,and the damage of each component of the screen was detected and analyzed.According to the test and analysis results,the influence of high temperature steam injection and production on sand retaining performance of sand screen is comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the corrosion damage of the new screen after multiple rounds of injection-production is small,and the screen still has a complete structure and good sand retaining performance.It is finally concluded that the new screen has good applicability to the high-temperature steam injection-production process.
