摘 要:针对春光油田稠油热采井采用常规加砂水泥在注汽高温下抗压强度衰退,造成层间封隔失效,出现管外串槽及套损等问题。通过探索水泥石高温强度衰退作用机理,优选高温强度稳定剂HSRK;结合室内固井水泥试样长期强度分析实验,设计出了一种低温性能良好、350℃温度条件下强度不衰退的抗高温长效固井水泥浆体系。实验结果表明:该水泥浆体系具有优良的工程性能,水泥石60℃×24 h抗压强度大于14MPa,350℃×7 d抗压强度仍能达到30 MPa。在春光油田春10Ⅱ2-*-7HJ稠油热采井生产套管固井中进行现场应用,固井质量合格,经7轮高温注汽后仍正常生产,未发生汽窜等异常情况,说明该水泥浆体系可满足稠油热采井工程应用需求。When Chunguang Oilfield heavy oil thermal recovery wells use conventional sand and cement under the high temperature steam injection,the anti-press strength declines,resulting in some problems like the failure of interlayer packer,the string groove outside tube and the damage of casing.For these problems,the paper explores the mechanism of high temperature strength recession of cement stone,optimizes high temperature strength stabilizer HSRK;then combined with the long-term strength analysis test of cementing cement samples in laboratory,a kind of high-temperature resistant and long-term cementing cement slurry system with good low temperature performance and non-weakening strength at 350℃was designed.The experimental results show that the cement slurry system has excellent engineering performance,the compressive strength of cement stone is greater than 14 MPa at 60℃×24 h,and reaches 30 MPa at 350℃×7 d.It has been applied in production casing cementing of Chun10Ⅱ2-*-7HJheavy oil thermal recovery well in Chunguang oilfield,and the cementing quality is qualified.After 7 rounds of high-temperature steam injection,the production is still normal without steam channeling and other abnormal conditions.It also shows that the cement slurry system can meet the application demand of heavy oil thermal recovery well projects.
