摘  要:渤海部分早期油田已进入开发的中后期,利用低产低效井侧钻新井眼是提高剩余油气动用程度的有效手段之一。针对大斜度井开窗作业的难点,从开窗作业准备、刮管通井、斜向器的下入、开窗作业过程控制及窗口的后期保护等方面介绍了大斜度井套管开窗侧钻技术及注意事项,大斜度井套管开窗作业施工难度更大,操作要求更高,应严格控制,保证窗口质量;大斜度井窗口附近容易堆积岩屑,起钻过窗口前应将窗口附近井段循环干净。该技术对大斜度井开窗作业具有指导意义。At present,some early oilfields in Bohai Oilfield have entered the middle and late stages of development.Using sidetrack new well technology in low-yield and low-efficiency wells is one of the effective means to improve the degree of remaining oil and gas.Aiming at the difficulty of window sidetracking for high-angle directional well,this paper introduces window sidetracking technology for high angle directional well and some precautions from the preparation of window sidetracking operation,scraping the well,running the deviator,control of the window sidetracking operation process and protection of window in later stage,etc.The casing windowing operation of high-angle directional well is more difficult and needs higher operation requirements.It should be strictly controlled to ensure the quality of the window.Rock cuttings are easy to accumulate near the window of high-angle directional well,so the well section near the window should be cleaned before tripping out of the window.The technology is of great guiding significance for window sidetracking of high-angle directional well.
