摘  要:以一种适配于铁路机车二系高圆弹簧的U型橡胶垫为研究对象,对其作用于弹簧的动静态刚度影响进行数值模拟分析。利用ANSYS参数化编程与命令流对弹簧模型和串联模型进行模拟仿真,同时比较两者模型的水平动静刚度。结果表明:静态下的U型橡胶垫能有效降低弹簧纵向刚度,对其他向刚度基本没有影响;动态下应对于不同频率激励,U型橡胶垫都可显著降低弹簧水平刚度。With a U-shaped rubber pad suitable for railway locomotive secondary coil spring as the research subject,its influence on the dynamic and static stiffness of the spring is analyzed by numerical simulation.ANSYS parametric programming and command flow are used to simulate the spring model and the series model,and the horizontal dynamic and static stiffness of the two models are compared.The results show that the U-shaped rubber pad can effectively reduce the longitudinal stiffness of the spring under static condition without basic impact on the other direction stiffness.Under dynamic excitation,for different frequencies,the U-shaped rubber pad can significantly reduce the horizontal stiffness of the spring.
