摘 要:为解决结构在考虑应力-位移相关性条件下的可靠度计算问题,提出一种基于Copula函数的结构可靠度计算方法。建立结构的有限元模型,分析结构在工作条件下的静态响应;利用APDL语言建立结构参数化分析模型,并对其进行试验设计;分别拟合应力、位移与不确定性因素间的响应面模型,利用蒙特卡洛方法获取结构性能仿真数据,计算Gaussian-Copula函数的相关系数,并根据所建立的可靠性分析模型进行结构可靠度分析;以某型号撒砂装置为例进行可靠度分析,并与未考虑相关性条件下的计算结果进行对比。对比结果表明:考虑相关性后结构可靠度小于未考虑相关性时的结果,且与仅考虑两目标的结果误差分别为2.25%及1.12%。该结论可供实际机械结构的可靠性评估参考。In order to solve the problem of structural reliability calculation considering stress displacement correlation,a structural reliability calculation method based on Copula function is proposed.The finite element model of the structure is established to analyze the static response of the structure under working conditions.By APDL language,the structural parametric analysis model is built,on which the experimental design is carried out.On this basis,the response surface models between stress,displacement and uncertain factors are fitted respectively,and the structural performance simulation data are obtained by Monte Carlo method to calculate the correlation coefficient of Gaussian-Copula function.According to the established reliability analysis model,the structural reliability is analyzed.The reliability of a certain type of sanding device is analyzed and compared with the calculation results without considering the correlation.The comparison results show that the structural reliability after considering the correlation is less than that without considering the correlation,and the errors with the results considering only the two objectives are 2.25%and 1.12%respectively.The conclusion provides reference for the reliability evaluation of practical mechanical structures.
