摘 要:开发一种应用于NX平台的平面包络环面蜗杆参数化建模插件。内容包括利用NX二次开发对环面蜗杆甲齿面进行曲面建模,经后续处理最终完成实体建模。针对多头蜗杆的情况,以双头蜗杆为例,给出了另一头蜗杆甲齿面上接触点坐标的方程。经比较与测试,此建模过程不仅简单而且模型精度较高,为实际的设计过程提供了便利且节约了时间。This paper developes a parametric modeling plug-in of planar enveloping hourglass worm suitable for NX platform,which includes the modeling of toroidal worm gear surface through NX secondary development and the solid modeling completed after subsequent processing.For the case of multi head worm,with the double head worm as an example,the derivation process of the coordinates of the contact point on the nail tooth surface of the other head is given.The comparison and tests are made showing that the modeling process is simple and the model accuracy is high,which provides convenience for the design process in actual production and saves time.
