摘 要:针对电动汽车高压连接器中对屏蔽连接电阻、屏蔽转移阻抗和屏蔽效能的严苛要求,开展屏蔽材料、镀层、孔缝结构对高压连接器屏蔽性能影响的研究和验证。由测试结果可知:为满足行业标准中屏蔽连接电阻和转移阻抗的要求,屏蔽件的材料应选择导电率高的铜合金,推荐导电率大于40%;屏蔽件的镀层需选择镀银;冲压弹臂推荐设计成刺破形式,减小孔、缝的尺寸,以获得符合要求的屏蔽性能。To meet the strict requirements of shielding connection resistance,shielding transfer impedance and shielding efficiency of high-voltage connectors in electric vehicle,the analysis and verification on the effects of the connector shielding performance with different shield materials,coatings and shielding part structures are carried out.From the test results,it is concluded that,to satisfy the requirements of shielding connection resistance and transfer impedance in industrial standard,copper or copper alloy with high conductivity more than 40%is a must selection for shielding material;the coating should be silver plated;and the ribs pierced with scarce seam is recommended for ideal shielding performance.
