摘　　要：目的:构建结直肠癌病人术后早期下床活动安全评估指标,为结直肠癌病人术后早期康复护理提供参考。方法:采用文献检索法、结合临床实践,通过专家小组讨论形成包括4个一级指标、41个二级指标的结直肠癌病人术后早期下床活动安全评估指标初稿。运用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,确立了结直肠癌病人术后早期下床活动安全评估指标。结果:2轮函询的问卷回收率分别为100.0%、92.3%,权威系数分别为0.650,0.746,总体肯德尔协调系数(Kendall′s W)分别为0.234,0.016,最终构建了包含4个一级指标、39个二级指标的结直肠癌病人术后早期下床活动安全评估指标。结论:构建的结直肠癌病人术后早期下床活动安全评估指标具有较高的科学性和可靠性,为临床护理和管理工作提供了客观的依据。Objective:To construct the safety evaluation indexes of early postoperative ambulation of patients with colorectal cancer,and provide reference for early postoperative rehabilitation nursing of colorectal cancer patients.Methods:By using literature retrieval method and combined with clinical practice,the preliminary draft of safety evaluation indexes of early postoperative ambulation of colorectal cancer patients was formed through expert group discussion,including 4 first-level indexes and 41 second-level indexes.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert correspondence consultation to establish the safety evaluation indexes of early postoperative ambulation of colorectal cancer patients.Results:The questionnaire recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100.0%and 92.3%,the authority coefficients were 0.650 and 0.746,and the Kendall’s W was 0.234 and 0.016,respectively.Finally,the safety evaluation indexes of early postoperative ambulation of colorectal cancer patients were constructed,which included 4 primary and 39 secondary indexes.Conclusion:The established safety evaluation indexes of early postoperative ambulation of colorectal cancer patients were scientific and reliable,providing an objective basis for clinical nursing and management.
