摘　　要：冶金矿山系统采用管道技术进行物料输送是一项先进的生产工艺,管道输送系统的安全稳定运行,直接关系到矿山的正常生产和安全。介绍了华北某铁矿管道输送系统在生产过程中安全运行操作控制的实践经验,及对工艺优化的技术攻关与改进,对采用管道技术进行物料输送的生产工艺有很好的借鉴作用。The technology of transporting materials by pipeline in metallurgical mine system is an advanced production technology.The safe and stable operation of pipeline transportation system is directly related to the normal production and safety of the mine.This paper introduces the practical experience of safe operation and the operating control of pipeline transportation system in an iron mine in North China,and the technical research and improvement of the process optimization,which has a good reference for the production process of material transportation by pipeline technology.
