摘 要:为探究适宜链箅机-回转窑的高钛型钒钛磁铁矿球团制备工艺,采用实验室模拟实验和工业投笼实验相结合的形式,优化了高钛钒钛磁铁矿球团工业生产适宜的参数。高压辊磨处理可显著提高球团的比表面积,2.0 MPa条件下辊磨效果最佳,可提升成球性0.3。生球性能随钒钛磁铁矿配比变化较小,生球爆裂温度随钒钛磁铁矿配比增加而逐渐降低。适宜的焙烧温度为1275℃,此时钒钛磁铁矿球团内部钛磁铁矿氧化充分,晶粒再结晶效果较好,球团强度最佳。工业投笼实验发现,配加90%钒钛磁铁矿时,球团还原性最高,可达到81.1%,还原膨胀指数仅2.67%,低温还原粉化指数为98.26%,软化开始温度为1038℃,压差陡升温度为1222℃,冶金性能较好。In order to thoroughly investigate the appropriate preparation process of high-titanium vanadium-titanium magnetite pellets by the grate machine-rotary kiln,the appropriate parameters for industrial production of high-titanium vanadium-titanium magnetite pellets were optimized using a combination of laboratory simulation and industrial cage-charging tests.The specific surface area of pellets can be significantly improved after the pellets are treated by HPGR,and the best rolling effect of the pellets was achieved at 2.0 MPa,which improved the pelletizing properties by 0.3.The properties of green pellets varied less with the proportioning of vanadium-titanium magnetite,and the bursting temperature of green pellets decreased gradually with the increase of the proportioning of vanadium-titanium magnetite.The appropriate roasting temperature was 1,275℃.At this time,the titanomagnetite in vanadium titanomagnetite pellets was fully oxidized,the grain recrystallization effect was better,and the pellet strength was the best.The industrial cage-charging test shows that when 90%vanadium-titanium magnetite was added,the reducibility of pellets was the highest,reaching 81.1%,the reduction expansion index was only 2.67%,the low-temperature reduction pulverization index was 98.26%,the softening start temperature was 1,038℃,and the pressure difference rises steeply to 1,222℃,so the metallurgical properties were better.
