摘 要:碱性球团加工所需的熔剂要从质优价廉和环境保护诸方面权衡,对程潮铁矿碱性球团采用附近某矿山压滤后堆存的细泥做熔剂展开综合利用研究。细泥的理化分析发现粗粒比细粒的碳酸盐矿物含量高,采用脱泥-浮选工艺将细粒尾矿用溜槽脱泥,脱泥后的粗颗粒经过浮选,可以把目的矿物的CaO品位提高8.85%,MgO品位提高13.97%,烧损从41.26%提高到46.91%;富集后的矿物用做程潮铁矿铁精矿碱性球团的熔剂,在二元碱度为1.0时,生球强度强度有所提升,尤其是生球落下强度,增幅达到19.23%。对照尾泥富集产物和石灰石破碎产品作为熔剂的使用效果看,尾泥不仅可以取代石灰石破碎产品,而且技术指标上更优,实现综合高效利用的目的。The selection of fluxing agent for alkaline pelletizing processing should be weighed from the aspects of high quality,low cost,environmental protection and so on.This paper focused on the use of stockpiled fine slimes after filtration from a nearby mine as the fluxing agent for alkaline pelletizing in Chengchao iron mine.After analyzing the physical-chemical properties of the slimes,it is found that the coarse fractions has a higher amount of carbonate minerals than the finer fractions.A desliming-flotation flowsheet is adopted where the slimes in the tailings are removed by using chute and the remaining are further processed by flotation.This flowsheet is able to increase the CaO and MgO grade to 8.85%and 13.97%respectively,while increasing the burning loss of the valuable minerals from 41.26%to 46.91%.The concentrated minerals are used as the fluxing agent for alkaline pelletizing in Chengchao iron mine.When the binary basicity is 1.0,the strength of the green pellets is improved,especially the drop strength,which increases by 19.23%.A comparison on the performances of the concentrated tailing slimes and crushed lime as fluxing agents reveals that tailing slime after concentration is not only able to replace the crushed lime as the fluxing agent for alkaline pelletizing,but also yields better technical index.The goal of comprehensive and efficient utilization of mineral resources is therefore achieved.
