摘　　要：矿山的生产管理是企业各项管理中的一个重要组成部分,生产管理能力及水平直接体现出矿山企业管理水平的高低,生产管理的效果如何直接影响到矿山企业经济效益。从露天矿山均衡生产的角度出发,重点阐述了矿山投资配备的重要性、抓好矿山生产组织的关键要素、抓好矿山设备管理的关键要素以及如何抓好其他影响生产管理的关键要素。Production management in mines is an important part of the management of enterprises,the ability and level of production management directly reflects the level of management of mining enterprises,and the effect of production management directly affects the economic benefits of mining enterprises.From the perspective of balanced production in open pit mines,the importance of mine investment and equipment,key elements of mine production organization,key elements of mine equipment management and how to grasp other key elements that affect production management are highlighted.From the perspective of balanced production in open pit mines,this paper focuses on the importance of mine investment and allocation,the key elements of mine production organization,the key elements of mine equipment management,and how to grasp other key elements affecting production management.
