摘　　要：实验鼠是科学实验中应用范围最广、应用数量最多的实验动物,也是生命科学研究中最重要的研究对象,生命科学的发展与进步离不开实验动物学的发展,为了提高实验研究的准确性、科学性以及统计学意义,科学实验中往往需要用到大量的实验动物模型,所以,如何有效地提高雌鼠的受孕率以扩大种群数量、推进实验进展、提高实验效率,成为了科学研究中的重要问题。文章通过查阅数据库中相关文献记载,对影响雌鼠受孕率的因素,以及有助于提高雌鼠受孕率的方法的研究进展进行综述。Laboratory rats are the experimental animals with the widest range and the largest number of applications in scientific experiments, as well as the most important research objects in life science research. The development and progress of the life sciences are inseparable from the development of laboratory zoology. In order to improve the accuracy, scientificity and statistical significance of experimental research, a large number of experimental animal models are often used in scientific experiments. Therefore, how to effectively improve the pregnancy rate of female rats to expand the population, promote experimental progress, and improve experimental efficiency has become an important issue in scientific research. This paper reviews the research progress of methods to improve the pregnancy rate of female mice by referring to relevant literature records in the database and combining with empirical rules in the laboratory.
