摘　　要：随着社会的发展及人口的老龄化趋势,目前医保系统面临巨大挑战。在医养结合背景下,对护工的需求迫在眉睫。目前我国护工管理还存在较多问题,如护工缺乏专业培训、管理不规范、工作准则不明、收费标准不一、社会保障不足。针对以上问题,引入第三方护工外包服务可能是有效策略,文章探讨对护工管理存在问题的对策,对广西某三甲医院护工管理改革方案进行分析,以便于将改革方案在广西区内进行推广,推动广西区内护工行业健康发展和医院转型发展。With the development of society and the aging trend of the population, the current medical insurance system is facing great challenges. Under the background of combination of medical care and nursing care, the demand for nursing assistant is extremely urgent.At present, there are still many problems in the management of nursing assistant in China, such as lack of professional training, nonstandard management, unclear working rules, different charging standards, and insufficient social security. In view of the above problems, it may be an effective strategy to introduce third-party outsourcing services for nursing assistant, discuss the countermeasures for the problems in the management of nursing workers, and analyze the reform plan for the management of nursing assistant in a tertiary hospital in Guangxi, so as to facilitate the promotion of the reform plan in Guangxi and promote the healthy development of the nursing industry and the transformation and development of hospitals in Guangxi.
