弯径比对固液两相流竖直90°弯管流场及压力影响分析

摘  要:为研究竖直90°弯管在水力输送固料过程中的两相流动及压力特征,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法分析不同弯径比的固液两相流竖直90°弯管内流场和固相颗粒分布规律以及对弯管段和直管段的压力影响规律。结果表明:不同弯径比影响弯管内固相颗粒分布状态是不同的,弯径比的增大会加强颗粒移至管道中心的效果,弯管内的二次流现象的明显程度也受弯径比的影响;管道内压力最大的区域分布在弯管段上侧,弯径比越大弯管段上侧压力越小,弯管段内部压力分布越平缓,且不同弯径比对管道上下游直管段的压力也有影响,其中对下游竖直直管段压力影响最大,直管段所受压力变化随弯径比的增大,其梯度变化也在降低。In order to study the two-phase flow and pressure characteristics of vertical 90°elbow during hydraulic solid conveying,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was employed to research the flow field and solid particle distribution within the vertical 90°elbow of solid-liquid two-phase flow with different curvature-to-diameter ratios,as well as the pressure influence on the elbow and straight pipe.The results show that the influence of different curvature-to-diameter ratios on the distribution state of solid particles in the elbow is different,the increase of the bending diameter ratio can enhance the effect of particles moving to the center of the pipe,and the obvious degree of secondary flow phenomenon in the elbow is also affected by the curvature-to-diameter ratio.The area with the largest pressure in the pipe is distributed on the upper side of the elbow section.The larger the curvature-to-diameter ratio is,the smaller the pressure on the upper side of the elbow section is,the smoother the internal pressure distribution of the elbow section is,and the different curvature-to-diameter ratio has influence on the pressure of the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections and has the greatest influence on the pressure of the downstream vertical straight pipe section.With the increase of the curvature-to-diameter ratio,the pressure gradient on the straight pipe also decreases.
