摘 要:与一般热油管道相比,热稠油管道在低输量下会表现出摩阻损失与输量单调负相关的特殊水力特性,管道不稳定运行区的最大流量就是管道的最小稳定流量。为了预测管道的最小稳定流量,基于管道水力和热力公式,推导出不稳定区极值点的表达式。该表达式能预测最小稳定流量,还能直接量化最小稳定流量的影响参数。以国内某油田的一条稠油管道为工程实例,通过表达式计算该管线的最小输量,根据油田开发数据,在不干预的情况下,预测该管线将在2028年进入不稳定工况区。Compared with the general hot oil pipeline,the hot heavy oil pipeline shows the special hydraulic characteristics of monotony negative correlation between the friction loss and the throughput under low-throughput.The maximum flow-rate in the unstable working area of pipeline is the minimum stable flow-rate of the pipeline.Based on hydraulic and thermodynamic equations,the formula of extreme point of the instability region was derived to predict the minimum steady flow rate of the pipeline.The expression can predict the minimum stable flow-rate and quantify the influence parameters of the minimum stable flow-rate directly.By taking a heavy oil pipeline in a domestic oil field as an engineering example,the minimum throughput of the pipeline was calculated by expressions.Based on oil field development data,the pipeline is projected to enter the unstable operating zone in the year of 2028 without intervention.
