摘　　要：文中设计了一种形式简单,可以搭载在常规清管器上的小型管道检测系统,可以使清管器在清理杂质的同时对管道进行检测。介绍了管道检测系统的结构和电子采集系统,电子采集系统使用STM32作为控制器。利用管道检测系统对一段41 km的管道进行检测。结果表明该管道检测系统可以采集管道内部的温度、压力,管道检测系统的加速度、角速度等信息,同时利用这些信息能够分析出管道内部的基本情况。A small pipeline inspection system was designed,which is simple in form and can be carried on the conventional pig.The pig can not only clean the impurity,but also detect the pipeline.The structure of the pipeline inspection system and the electronic acquisition system were introduced,the electronic acquisition system used STM32 as the controller.The pipeline inspection system was used to inspect a 41 km pipeline.The results show that the system can collect the temperature and pressure inside the pipeline,acceleration and angular velocity of the pipeline inspection system,and analyze the basic situation inside the pipeline by these information.
