摘  要:在进行航煤过滤设备性能测试时,需快速关闭被测过滤设备下游出口阀门。该过程容易诱发系统水击,引起管道系统动态响应,对设备安全存在较大的隐患。文中基于AutoPipe软件采用瞬态分析与时程分析法计算水击荷载对管道系统的影响及其控制技术分析。研究结果表明:水击工况作用下,一次压力波传递过程中在连续多个弯头处叠加,瞬态压力波动幅度增大;随响应时间增加,频率与幅值降低;水击作用下管道弯头及支管与主管交汇处,动态位移显著,应力集中过大;延长阀门关闭时间,瞬态压力波动幅值显著降低,水击荷载减小。It is needed to quickly close the downstream outlet valve of the filter equipment in performance test of aviation kerosene filtration equipment.This process can induce water hammer,causing dynamic response of the pipeline system,and there are potential risks to device security.This paper computed the impact of water hammer load on the pipeline system and analyzes the control technology with transient analysis and time history analysis based on AutoPipe.The research results indicate that under the water hammer conditions,a pressure wave is superimposed on multiple elbows during the transmission process.The amplitude of transient pressure functuation increases.With the increase of response time,the frequency and amplitude decrease.Under water hammer effects,the dynamic displacement of pipe elbows and the junction between branch pipes and main pipes is significant,and the stress concentration is excessive.The amplitude of transient pressure fluctuation is significantly reduced and the water hammer load is reduced by extending the valve closing time.
