摘 要:受热面管磨损是引起电站锅炉爆管的主要原因之一。为了能快速、精准测量因定位管、夹持管等相互碰撞引起的受热面管排的磨损深度,对比了常规测量仪器存在的不足,介绍了一种锅炉受热面磨损测量装置及测量方法,解决了常规超声波测厚仪探头因结构及尺寸等原因测量不到及测量结果不准问题,利用此装置及方法可方便测量,为受热面运行评估提供方法。The wear of heating surface tubes is one of the main causes of tube explosion in utility boilers.In order to quickly and accurately measure the wear depth of the heating surface tube row caused by the collision between the positioning tube and the clamping tube,this paper compared the shortcomings of the conventional measuring instruments,introduced a boiler heating surface wear measuring device and measuring method,and solved the problem that the conventional ultrasonic thickness gauge probe can not measure and the measurement result is inaccurate due to the structure and size.This device and method can be used to facilitate measurement,thus providing methods for evaluation of heating surface operation.
