摘  要:预计未来数十年油气仍将保持全球主体能源地位。全球气候治理将大幅提高油气综合成本,这对油气行业未来发展构成了巨大挑战。勘探开发投资增长前景并不乐观,未来全球油气稳定供应的风险将大大增加。社会发展对油气资源的需求仍是中国油气行业需要解决的关键问题。在碳中和目标下,中国油气行业面临发展和转型的双重压力,近中期需同时关注能源安全和低碳转型。一方面,通过技术创新攻克难题,在陆上深层、超深层石油天然气资源勘探与开发,老油田大幅度提高采收率,海洋油气勘探与开发以及非常规油气勘探与开发等领域形成突破,实现“稳油增气”,保障国家能源安全;另一方面,智慧油田、超级盆地多资源协同发展、新一代工程技术和CCUS技术等是石油天然气行业降低碳排放的重要领域。Oil and gas is expected to remain the dominant global energy status in the coming decades.Global climate governance will greatly increase the comprehensive cost of oil and gas,which poses a huge challenge to the future development of the oil and gas industry.The prospect of investment in exploration and development is not optimistic,and the risk of stable global oil and gas supply will increase greatly in the future.The demand of social development for oil and gas resources is still the key problem to be solved in China.Under the goal of carbon neutrality,China’s oil and gas industry is facing the dual pressure of development and transformation.In the near and medium term,China needs to pay attention to energy security and low-carbon transformation.On the one hand,it need to overcome challenges through technological innovation and make breakthroughs in the exploration and development of deep onshore and ultra-deep oil and natural gas resources,great increase in the recovery ratio of existing oilfields,offshore oil and gas exploration and development,and unconventional oil and gas exploration and development to stabilize oil and gas growth and ensure national energy security.On the other hand,the coordinated multi-resource development of the smart oilfield and super basin as well as new-generation engineering technology and CCUS technology are significant areas for the oil and gas industry to reduce carbon emissions.
