摘　　要：目的 对河南省某处农村饮水安全工程进行水质风险因素评价,提出合理科学且具有可行性的卫生学建议,保障农村居民饮水安全。方法 依据《2021年农村饮水安全工程卫生学评价技术方案》,对工程的水源水质、取水构筑物、输水管网、制水工艺、卫生管理等方面进行卫生学评价,并提出有效的整改意见和建议。结果 该工程水源选择、厂区布局和管理情况、水处理工艺、输水管网、调节构筑物和水质检测结果等基本符合供水单位卫生规范要求,抽检3年内水源水、出厂水和末梢水检测结果符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求,合格率为100%。结论 该工程在饮用水消毒工艺和常规指标检测能力方面存在一定的卫生学风险,建议完善消毒工艺流程、增强实验室的水质检测能力、加强卫生监管以降低风险,保障群众饮水安全。Objective This paper aims to evaluate the water quality risk factors of a rural drinking water safety project in Henan Province and to put forward reasonable, scientific and feasible sanitary suggestions to ensure the safety of drinking water for rural residents. Methods According to the Technical Scheme of Hygienic Evaluation of Rural Drinking Water Safety Project 2021, the water source quality, water intake structure, water delivery network, water processing technology, sanitation management and other aspects of the project were evaluated, and the effective rectification opinions and suggestions were put forward. Results The basic situation of the project, water source selection, plant layout and management, water treatment technology, water pipe network and regulation structures, water quality testing and other aspects basically met the hygienic requirements of Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water, and the qualified rate was 100%. Conclusion There were hygienic risks in this project on drinking water disinfection process and routine index detection ability. It is suggested that the disinfection process should be perfected, and the water quality testing ability of laboratory and sanitation supervision should be strengthened to reduce the risks and ensure the drinking water safety.
