摘 要:目的 建立一测多评法同时测定沙芪浓缩丸中毛蕊异黄酮苷、水仙苷、银锻苷、异鼠李素、芒柄花素的含量。方法 该药物90%甲醇(含1%甲酸)提取液的分析采用Welch LP-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm);流动相乙腈-0.4%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长260 nm。以毛蕊异黄酮苷为内标,计算其他4种黄酮的相对校正因子,计算其含量。结果 5种黄酮在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 9),平均加样回收率91.90%~99.82%,RSD 0.26%~0.64%。一测多评法所得结果与外标法接近(RAD<2%)。结论 该方法准确可行,可用于沙芪浓缩丸的质量控制。AIM To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS) method for the simultaneous content determination of calycosin-7-glucoside, narcissoside, tiliroside, isorhamnetin and formononetin in Saqi Concentrated Pills.METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Welch LP-C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. Calycosin-7-glucoside was used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other four flavonoids, after which the content determination was made. RESULTS Five flavonoids showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 9), whose average recoveries were 91.90%-99.82% with the RSDs of 0.26%-0.64%. The result obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method(RAD<2%).CONCLUSION This accurate and feasible method can be used for the quality control of Shaqi Concentrated Pills.
