摘  要:丹江口水库特大桥为主跨760m的双边箱轻型组合梁斜拉桥。为提高建造效率、减少现场焊接,拟采用大吨位桥面起重机,实现16m大节段一次吊装。但大吨位起重机、大节段起吊带来巨大的集中荷载,导致新吊梁段与既有梁段之间存在变形差,无法正常匹配连接。为实现梁段精确匹配,采用ABAQUS建立了双边箱轻型组合梁精细化模型,模拟了主梁吊装、拉索张拉全过程,提出了体外预应力-分级张拉-梁重置换一体化双边箱轻型组合梁纠偏技术体系,有效减小了主梁新、旧梁段变形差,提高了装配精度。分析和实测结果表明,该一体化技术可有效减小吊装过程中的新、旧梁段变形差,提高了斜拉桥双边箱轻型组合梁施工效率和精度。The Danjiangkou Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 760m,which employs the bilateral box lightweight composite girder.In order to improve construction efficiency and reduce on-site welding,a large-tonnage crane is adopted to achieve one-time hoisting of 16m large segment.However,the large-tonnage crane and segment hoisting bring huge concentrated loads,resulting in a huge amount of deformantion difference between the new hoisting girder and the existing girder,which cannot be properly matched and connected.In order to achieve the exact matching of girder segments,ABAQUS is used to establish a refined model of bilateral box lightweight composite girders,the whole process of main girder hoisting and cable tensioning is simulated,and an integrated systemically technology of external prestressing-gradient tensioning-beam weight replacing is proposed,which aims at reducing the deformation of the main girder and improving the assembly accuracy of the bilateral box lightweight composite girder.According to the analysis and practical measurement,the integrated technology can effectively reduce the deformation difference during the hoisting process,and improve the construction efficiency and accuracy of the bilateral box lightweight composite girder in the cable-stayed bridge.
