摘  要:为保障凹槽不连续连梁支模架搭设的安全性、可靠性及经济性,采用超高层采光井连梁全周转模板支撑技术,保证整个支模体系安全、合理、经济。该施工技术采用对拉穿墙螺栓、型钢角码及工字钢组合的形式配合铝模支模体系形成的采光井连梁全周转模板支撑体系,很好地解决了间隔多层存在1根架空连梁支模架搭设的难题。相比于常规做法,该体系可循环使用,随主体结构施工进度可达到100%周转率;操作简便,安拆简易,省去了工字钢拆卸后的修补工作,同时可配合铝模支撑体系共同使用,使架体受力体系合理、安全。In order to ensure the safety,reliability and economy of grooved discontinuous coupling beam formwork erection,the full turnover formwork support technology of coupling beam of super high-rise light shaft is adopted to ensure the safety,rationality and economy of the whole formwork system.The construction technology adopts the full turnover formwork support system of the coupling beam of the light shaft formed by the combination of the typed wall bolt,the steel angle code and the I-steel with the aluminum formwork support system,which solves the problem of the erection of one overhead coupling beam formwork support in the interval multilayer.Compared with the conventional practice,the system can be recycled,with the main structure construction progress can reach 100%turnover rate.It is easy to operate,install and dismantle,can eliminate the repair work after the disassembly of I steel,and can be used together with the aluminum mold support system,so that the formwork force system is reasonable and safe.
