摘 要:由于异形曲面网架结构具有柱间梁跨度大、结构整体扭转和凹凸不规则等特点,在施工过程中会带来应力、挠度突变。以长安书院整体结构施工为背景,提出了先施工网架结构屋盖的逆作法和后施工网架结构屋盖的逐层法2种施工方案,并对采用2种施工方案在施工过程中产生的临时胎架顶部轴力及侧向位移、框架柱柱顶轴力及侧向位移、网架结构挠度及应力、框架梁应力和挠度及楼板应力进行比较。研究结果表明,采用逐层法方案时,框架梁最大拉应力较大、临时胎架和框架柱柱顶轴力相差不大,除此之外,施工过程中采用逆作法施工方案时结构应力和挠度均小于采用逐层法施工方案。Due to the large span between columns and beams,the irregular torsion and concavity and convexity of the overall structure of the special-shaped curved space truss structure,it will bring sudden changes in stress and deflection during the construction process.Taking the overall structure of Chang’an Academy as the background,two construction schemes are put forward,including the reverse construction method of grid structure roof first and the layer by layer method of grid structure roof later,and the axial force and lateral displacement at the top of temporary bed-jig,the axial force and lateral displacement at the top of frame column,the deflection and stress of grid structure,the stress and deflection of frame beam and the stress of floor slab generated by the two construction schemes during the construction process are compared.The research results show that,the layer by layer method is adopted,the maximum tensile stress of the frame beam is large and the axial force at the top of the temporary bed-jig and the frame column is equal,in addition,the structural stress and deflection of the reverse construction method are less than those of the layer by layer construction method.
