摘　　要：目的:探讨肾上腺相关高血压患者的血浆醛固酮(ALD)、肾素浓度(PRA)、醛固酮肾素比值(ARR)检测的诊断治疗价值。方法:选取山东第一医科大学第二附属医院2020年9月—2021年8月泌尿外科住院治疗的40例肾上腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,收集肾上腺肿瘤合并高血压患者的临床资料,影像学证实存在肾上腺腺瘤样病变,考虑为肾上腺相关高血压。收集患者的血浆醛固酮、肾素浓度及醛固酮肾素比值等相关检验数据,对相关资料进行分析。结果:肾上腺相关高血压患者的ALD、PRA、ARR明显高于正常水平。本组40例样本原发性醛固酮增多症20例,低钾血症15例,血钾正常5例;24h尿钾升高16例。术后复查ALD、PRA、计算ARR比值,与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ALD、PRA、ARR检测可以为肾上腺相关高血压患者的早期诊断、预防及治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of Plasma aldosterone(ALD),renin concentration(PRA)and aldosterone-renin ratio(ARR)in patients with adrenal-associated hypertension.Methods 40 cases of adrenal tumors hospitalized in the urological department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected.Data of patients with adrenal tumor complicated with hypertension were collected.Imaging confirmed the presence of Adrenal Adenomatous lesion,the data of Plasma aldosterone,Renin concentration and aldosterone-renin ratio were collected and analyzed.Results Patients with adrenal-related hypertension had significantly higher levels of ALD,PRA,and ARR than normal.Among the 40 cases,there had be cases of primary aldosteronism,15 cases of hypokalemia,and 5 cases of normal potassium.Urinary potassium increased in 16 cases at 24 hours.After the postoperative review of ALD,PRA,and calculation of ARR ratio,the difference was statistically significant compared with the preoperative(P<0.05).Conclusion ALD,PRA and ARR detection can provide basis for the early diagnosis,prevention and treatment of adrenal-related hypertension.
