摘　　要：目的 评估2~6月龄足月婴儿神经运动发育情况,为婴儿神经运动发育提供临床参考。方法 2020年4月至2021年6月儿科就诊的2~6月龄足月婴儿作为研究对象,由评估专员运用婴儿神经国际量表(INFANIB)对婴儿进行评估,根据婴儿月龄以及性别进行分组。结果 共纳入2393例婴儿。得分在1~3分最常见的问题条目为:拉起反射、俯卧位抬头、坐位、跟-耳角。男、女婴儿之间存在统计学差异的条目主要分布在头及躯干能区以及静态张力能区;2、3、4、6月龄男女婴儿总分之间存在统计学差异(z=-2.308、-4.053、-4.190、-2.251,P<0.05),女婴得分较男婴高。婴儿评为“境界儿”的占比为56.7%~99.2%。结论 足月儿神经运动发育不容忽视,要充分认识足月儿神经运动发育并提早进行干预。Objective To assess neuromotor development of full-term infants aged 2~6 months and provide clinical reference for infant neuromotor development.Methods From April 2020 to June 2021,full-term infants aged 2~6 months who were treated in the pediatric department were included. According to infant’s age and gender,assessors used INFANIB to assess the infants’ neuromotor.Results 2393 infants were included.The most common problem items scored on a scale of 1~3 were pulled to sitting,all fours,sitting,heel-to-ear.Items with statistical differences between male and female infants were mainly distributed in the head and trunk category and the french angles category.There was a statistically significant difference between total scores of male and female infants aged 2,3,4,and 6 months(z =-2. 308、-4. 053、-4. 190、-2. 251,P<0. 05),and the scores of female infants were higher than that of male infants.56. 7% to 99. 2% of infants were rated as “transient”.Conclusion Neuromotor development of full-term infants cannot be ignored,and it would be necessary to fully understand the neuromotor development of full-term infants and to intervene in advance.
