摘 要:目的 总结胎儿小脑蚓部发育异常的超声表现,探讨自动容积导航技术在诊断小脑蚓部发育异常中的价值。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月在我院二维超声怀疑小脑蚓部发育异常的胎儿24例,均采用自动容积导航技术观察小脑蚓部形态并测量其面积,检查结果与胎儿头颅MRI做对照,观察两种检查方法的一致性。结果 自动容积导航技术诊断小脑蚓部发育异常16例,7例小脑蚓部未见异常,均与MRI结果相符。仅1例超声提示小脑蚓部面积小,MRI结果未见异常。结论 自动容积导航技术能够直观地提供小脑蚓部信息,结合头颅MRI检查可以在产前准确地诊断小脑蚓部异常。Objective To summarize echocardiographic features of fetal cerebellar vermis dysplasia and to explore value of automatic volume navigation in the diagnosis of cerebellar vermis dysplasia. Methods 24 fetuses with cerebellar vermis dysplasia suspected by two-dimensional ultrasound in Sichuan maternal and child health hospital between January 2020 and December 2021 were selected. Automatic volume navigation technology was used to observe morphology of cerebellar vermis and measure its area. Results were compared with MRI to observe consistency of two methods.Results 16 cases were diagnosed with abnormal development of cerebellar vermis by automatic volume navigation technique,and 7 cases showed no abnormality in cerebellar vermis,all of which were consistent with the MRI results. Only 1 case showed a small area of cerebellar vermis by ultrasound,and MRI results showed no abnormality.Conclusion Automatic volume navigation technology could be intuitively provide information about cerebellar vermis,and combined with MRI could accurately diagnose cerebellar vermis abnormalities prenatally.
