摘 要:目的:通过分析葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)缺乏症患者血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)与胆红素的表达特点,探讨SOD活性、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)浓度与G6PD缺乏症之间的关系。方法:研究暨南大学附属第一医院2016年至2021年2月G6PD缺乏症病例2218例及正常对照组868例,按G-6-PD/6-PGD比值分为中度缺乏组及重度缺乏组,分析G6PD酶缺乏程度与SOD活性和血清胆红素浓度变化;另外,按年龄将3组人群各分为3个亚组,分别对比各组血清SOD活性及胆红素浓度及相关性。结果:G6PD缺乏患者的血清TBIL、DBIL和IBIL浓度都显著增高(P<0.01),而SOD活性则显著降低(P<0.01);按年龄分组,30岁以下正常对照组血清胆红素及SOD活性水平显著低于G6PD重度缺乏组(P<0.05),且G6PD缺乏患者SOD活性与TBIL、DBIL和IBIL浓度呈正相关(P<0.01),与年龄呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:G6PD缺乏会影响血清SOD活性和血清胆红素水平,且SOD活性变化与G6PD缺乏程度有关。Objective:To demonstrate the correlation between superoxide dismutase(SOD)and bilirubin in patients with glucose-6-phate dehydrogenase(G6PD)deficiency by analyzing the expression characteristics of the level of bilirubin and SOD in the serum of patients.Methods:A total of 2218 cases of G6PD deficiency and 868 cases of healthy individuals(HI)were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from 2016 to February 2021.According to the ratio of G6PD/6-PGD,the patients of G6PD deficiency were divided into moderate and severe G6PD deficiency group,and the changes of SOD activity and serum bilirubin were compared between the two groups.Furthermore,according to age the three groups were divided into three subgroups,the serum SOD activity and bilirubin level of each subgroup were compared,and the correlation between SOD and age or bilirubin was analyzed.Results:In our study,we observed the serum level of TBIL,DBIL and IBIL were significantly higher in G6PD deficiency patients(P<0.01),while SOD activity was reduced significantly(P<0.01);the serum level of bilirubin and SOD activity in the HI group under 30-year-old were significantly lower than those in the G6PD severe deficiency group(P<0.05).Additionally,SOD activity was observed positive correlation with TBIL,DBIL and IBIL in G6PD deficiency patients(P<0.01),and a negative correlation with age(P<0.01).Conclusion:G6PD deficiency has a substantial consequence on SOD activity and bilirubin level,and the change of SOD activity is related to the degree of G6PD deficiency.
