基于PDF环模式的手术直播在牙槽外科临床教学中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于PDF环模式的手术直播在牙槽外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年12月我院新入职的60例口腔医学应届本科毕业生作为研究对象,根据入科时间将其分为试验组和对照组,各30例。试验组采用基于PDF环模式的手术直播方式,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组的问卷结果、理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩。结果试验组认为学习方式感受良好、提高学习积极性、加深对理论知识的理解、有利于对重难点的掌握、提高临床实际操作能力、提高病例分析能力、希望将该方式推广于今后的临床实习中的人数占比明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的出科考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的局部麻醉、牙钳使用、牙挺使用、阻生牙拔除、清创缝合评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PDF环模式的手术直播在牙槽外科临床教学中的应用效果显著,可以让学生更直观地观看手术全过程,及时沟通临床操作细节及问题,增加学习兴趣、提高临床实践能力,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of live surgical broadcast based on PDF ring mode in clinical teaching of alveolar surgery.Methods Sixty fresh graduates of stomatology admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the graduates were divided into experimental group and control group according to admission time,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted the live surgical broadcast method based on PDF ring mode,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The results of questionnaire,theoretical assessment and operational assessment were compared between the two groups.Results The proportions of people in the experimental group who elieved that the learning way had a good feeling,improved learning enthusiasm,deepened understanding of theoretical knowledge,was conducive to the mastery of key and difficult points,improved clinical practical operation ability,improved case analysis ability and hoped to promote this way to the future clinical practice were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The examination results of graduation from department of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of local anesthesia,dental forceps use,denture use,impacted tooth extraction,debridement and suture in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The live surgical broadcast based on PDF ring mode in clinical teaching of alveolar surgery has remarkable application effect,which enables students to watch the whole operation process more intuitively,communicate the details and problems of clinical operation in time,increase interest in learning and improve clinical practice ability,which is worthy of promotion.
