摘  要:目的探究体验式教学在儿科临床护理教学中的应用效果及对护生人文关怀能力、实习体验的影响。方法选取2017~2018级150名护理专业大四实习学生作为研究对象,按教学方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=75,传统教学)和观察组(n=75,体验式教学)。比较两组的教学效果。结果观察组的理论、操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的健康教育、人道利他价值观、科学解决健康问题、协助满足基本需要、促进情感交流、提供良好环境、帮助解除困难评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护生对带教的满意度评分高于对照组,患儿家属对护生的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的各项实习体验均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学应用于儿科临床护理教学中,可显著提高教学效果,提升护生的人文关怀能力及实习体验。Objective To explore the application effect of experiential teaching in pediatric clinical nursing teaching and its influences on nursing students’humanistic care ability and practice experience.Methods A total of 150 senior intern nursing students from grade 2017 to 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=75,traditional teaching)and observation group(n=75,experiential teaching)according to different teaching methods.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and operational scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health education,humanitarian and altruistic values,scientific solutions to health problems,assistance in meeting basic needs,promotion of emotional communication,provision of a good environment and help in relieving difficulties and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score with the teachers of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the satisfaction with the nursing students of family members of children was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).All practice experiences in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The experiential teaching applied in pediatric clinical nursing teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect,and enhance the humanistic care ability and practice experience of nursing students.
