摘 要:针对湿天然气计量和实际应用工况展开虚高研究很少的问题,利用Fluent软件仿真模拟了单气相、单液相、气液两相在文丘里管内流动特性,提出了文丘里管内湿天然气测量虚高的数值模拟方法。运用ANSYS Fluent,参照现场工况设置模拟试验参数,仿真模拟不同工况下湿天然气通过文丘里管时的压差Δptp和等量的单相天然气单独通过时的压差Δpg,计算虚高系数,分析了虚高系数的影响因素,比较了数值模拟虚高值与现有不同虚高模型的计算结果的差异。CFD仿真研究表明:湿气文丘里的虚高系数值主要受压力与液相含量的影响,虚高修正系数随洛玛参数XLM的增大而增大,两参数成正相关。在工况压力较低时,虚高与洛玛参数XLM呈线性关系;当工况压力增加,虚高与洛玛参数XLM不单为简单的线性关系。研究结果可为湿天然气的计量提供参考。Studies on over reading for wet natural gas and actual operation conditions are rarely reported.Given this, the numerical simulation of the pure gas, pure liquid, and gas-liquid dual-phase flow in the Venturi tube is performed using the software Fluent, and the numeral simulation method for over reading of the Venturi tube meter applied to wet gas is proposed.In ANSYS Fluent, the simulation parameters are set according to the site operation conditions, and the differential pressure Δptpfor wet gas flowing through the Venturi tube and that of the same single-phase gas Δpgunder different operation conditions are simulated.Moreover, the over-reading coefficient is computed, the factors affecting over-reading coefficients are analyzed, and the differences between numerically-simulated over reading and that calculated via different models are investigated.The CFD simulation shows that the over-reading coefficient of Venturi tube meter applications to wet gas is mainly dependent on pressure and liquid content.The over-reading coefficient grows with the increasing Lockhart-Martinelli factor XLM.In the case of lower operation pressure, the over reading is linearly correlated with the Lockhart-Martinelli factor, and yet this correlation becomes non-linear, as the operating pressure grows.The research results provide reference for wet natural gas measurement.
