摘　　要：2022年9月4日寿光市人民医院收治1例左心衰竭合并房颤患者,行冠脉造影示前降支重度狭窄,回旋支散在斑块,先天性右冠状动脉缺如,于前降支植入支架1枚。On September 4,2022,one patient with left heart failure and atrial fibrillation was treated in Shouguang People's Hospital.Coronary angiography showed severe stenosis of the anterior descending artery,scattered plaque in the spiral branch,and congenital deficiency of the right coronary artery;one stent was implanted in the anterior descending branch.
