摘 要:用低沸点硅氧烷和短链端环氧基硅油合成了端环氧基硅油,研究了低沸点硅氧烷的处理工艺,以及低沸点硅氧烷硅油预处理与否对端环氧基硅油的制备效果的影响。结果表明,用预处理剂和大孔径吸附颗粒处理后的低沸点硅氧烷制备的端环氧基硅油,外观无色透明,与用DMC制备的端环氧基硅油无差别,胺化效果较好。Epoxy-end silicone oil was synthesized with low boiling point siloxane and short chain end epoxy silicone oil. The treatment process of low boiling point siloxane silicone oil was studied, and the effect of preparing end epoxy silicone oil before and after the treatment was compared. The results showed that the end-epoxy silicone oil prepared with low boiling point siloxane treated with preprocessor and large pore size adsorption particles had no difference in appearance with colorless and transparent end-epoxy silicone oil prepared by DMC, and the amination effect was better.
