摘 要:采用聚甲基硅氧烷水溶胶对聚酰胺面料进行改性,分析了工艺参数对聚酰胺面料拉伸断裂强力的影响,并探讨了改性对纤维结构、热稳定性、色光及面料服用性能的影响。结果表明:改性聚酰胺面料的拉伸断裂强力可通过调整整理液pH、整理剂浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间进行控制;聚甲基硅氧烷可在纤维表面形成一层致密的疏水性粗糙结构;改性可赋予聚酰胺面料良好的疏水性和抗静电性,而对纤维的主要热分解温度和面料的染色深度无明显影响,但会轻微影响面料的透气性和透湿性,并使染色色光略向红光和蓝光偏移。Polyamide fabric is modified with polymethylsiloxane hydrosol.The influence of process parameters on the tensile strength of polyamide fabric is analyzed,and the influence of modification on fiber structure,ther⁃mal stability,color and wearability of the fabric is discussed.The results show that the tensile strength of the modified polyamide fabric can be controlled by adjusting the pH of the finishing solution,the concentration of the finishing agent,the baking temperature and time.Polymethylsiloxane can form a dense,hydrophobic rough structure on the fiber surface.The modification can make the polyamide fabric have good hydrophobicity and antistatic properties,but has no obvious effect on the main thermal decomposition temperature of the fiber and the dyeing depth of the fabric,but slightly affect the air permeability and moisture permeability of the fab⁃ric,and slightly shift the color of the dyed fabric to red light and blue light.
