十二醇-相变石蜡-苯丙整理剂的制备及在棉织物上的应用

摘　　要：选择十二醇和相变石蜡为芯材,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(SM)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为壁材,通过半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了十二醇-40#相变石蜡复合储热调温整理剂。用其对棉织物进行浸轧整理,制备相变区间较宽、焓值较大、满足保温要求的蓄热调温棉纺织品,并对其热性能和结构进行测试和表征。结果表明:十二醇与40#相变石蜡质量比为1∶1时,芯材相变温度最宽、焓值最大;二元相变棉织物具有优良的储热调温性能和一定的耐水洗性,并且硬挺度和光滑度有所提升。Using dodecyl alcohol and phase change paraffin as core materials,and methyl methacrylate(MMA),styrene(SM)and butyl acrylate(BA)as wall materials,dodecanol-40#phase change paraffin composite heat storage and temperature regulation finishing agent is prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymeriza⁃tion method.The heat storage and temperature regulating cotton fabrics with wide phase transformation inter⁃val,high enthalpy value,which meets the requirements of heat preservation are prepared by padding process.Their thermal properties and structures are tested and characterized.The results show that when the mass ra⁃tio of dodecyl alcohol to 40#phase change paraffin is 1∶1,the phase change temperature and enthalpy value of the core material are the widest.Binary phase change cotton fabric has excellent heat storage and temperature regulation properties,as well as washability,while the stiffness and smoothness are improved.
