摘　　要：采用一浴法染色工艺,可以改善醋酯纤维/天丝交织物染色过程中产生的极光印问题。分析了布面产生极光印的原因,对比了一浴法与二浴法染样的色牢度、色光、撕破强力和加工成本。结果表明:一浴法染色工艺可达到二浴法染色的效果,且具有缩短工艺流程、降低水耗能耗、提高生产效率的优点。The one-bath dyeing process can improve the problem of bright specks of the acetate/Tencel mix⁃ture.The causes of bright specks on fabric surface are analyzed,and the color fastness,shade,tearing strength and processing cost of dyeing samples with the one-bath method and the two-bath method are com⁃pared.The results show that the one-bath dyeing process can achieve the effect of two-bath dyeing process,and has the advantages of shortening the process flow,reducing water and energy consumptions,and improv⁃ing production efficiency.
