摘 要:将液相微萃取与高效毛细管电泳技术结合,建立了纺织品中23种芳香胺的快速检测方法。通过单因素和正交试验对背景电解液组分进行优化,并对实际样品进行检测。结果表明,背景电解液最佳组成为10 mmol/L聚氧乙烯月桂醚(Brij-35),20 mmol/L Tris缓冲盐溶液(TBS),10%乙腈(ACN),pH=11。采用该条件可在14 min内实现对纺织品中23种芳香胺的同时分离和检测。23种芳香胺在0.1~100.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,R2≥0.9991,检出限为0.2~1.6 mg/kg,定量限为0.8~5.8 mg/kg,加标回收率为71.8%~102.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)≤5.3%。该检测方法快速简便、分离度高、经济环保,可满足纺织品中禁用偶氮染料的批量检测要求。A rapid method for the determination of 23 aromatic amines in textiles is developed by using liquid phase microextraction and high performance capillary electrophoresis.Single factor and orthogonal experi⁃ments are used to optimize background solution composition.The actual samples are analyzed.The results show that the optimal background electrolyte composition is 10 mmol/L Brij-35,20 mmol/L TBS,10%ACN,pH=11.Under this condition,23 aromatic amines in textiles can be separated and detected simultaneously in 14 min.The concentration of 23 aromatic amines has a good linear relationship with the peak area within the concentra⁃tion range of 0.1~100 mg/L.R2 is over 0.9991.The detection limit is 0.2~1.6 mg/kg.The limit of quantification is 0.8~5.8 mg/kg.The recovery rate of spiking is 71.8%~102.7%and the relative standard deviation(n=6)is less than 5.3%.This method is fast,simple,high resolution,economic and environmental friendly.It can meet the batch detection requirements of banned azo dyes in textiles.
