摘　　要：欧盟《科学、研究与创新绩效》报告于2016年首次发布,之后每两年发布一版。报告旨在分析欧盟作为一个整体的创新绩效并提出未来发展建议,为各国制定国家创新战略提供循证分析的基础。本文总结了历年该报告的评估主题,并对最新的2022年的《科学、研究与创新绩效》报告进行了重点分析,对我国完善创新环境,实施创新驱动发展战略提出相关建议。The first Science,Research and Innovation Performance(SRIP)report was published in 2016 and then represented every two years.The report aims to analyse the innovation performance of the EU and make recommendations for future development,providing a basis for EU countries to develop evidence-based innovation strategies.This paper summarizes the topics of SRIP reports over the years and focuses on the latest2022 edition,and put forward some suggestions for improving the innovation environment and implementation of the China’s innovation-driven development strategy.
